In partnership with the Committee for Free and Fair Elections in Cambodia (COMFREL) and the Neutral and Impartial Committee for Free and Fair Elections in Cambodia (NICFEC), the National Democratic Institute embarked on an electoral reform initiative to conduct a comprehensive review of the election process in Cambodia and identify needed changes to correct any existing impediments to access, eligibility, and transparency.
